SEATA By-Laws Proposed Changes Ready for Your Vote

The SEATA Executive Board has been carefully reviewing the SEATA By-Laws for over a year and has completed a proposed revision for the SEATA Certified Members to vote for or against.

Please go to http://www.seata.org/vote08.htm for full information and ballots.  Ballots must be either emailed or postmarked by Midnight July 2, 2008.

The SEATA Executive Board has been working on updating the SEATA Policies and Procedures Manual for some time now.  We would like for you to review the proposed changes at http://www.seata.org/SEATAP&PManApp10-12-07wproposedchanges.doc.  All proposed additions are highlighted in yellow and all deletions are in strikethrough.  Any and all suggestions, concerns, and questions that you can provide to rtf@uwa.edu by Monday, June 9, 2008 will be appreciated.
 

SEATA Members receive NATA Foundation Scholarships

Congratulations to the four SEATA students who will be receiving $2000.00 scholarships from the NATA Research and Education Foundation at the William E. Newell Athletic Training Student Awards Luncheon on June 18, Renaissance Grand Hotel, Majestic Ballroom - Level 2, from 12:45-2:45 P.M.  For tickets, check the NATA Foundation registration materials in the NATA News.
