SEATA Discussion Forum going offline

Due to some technical problems we are currently experiencing with the SEATA Discussion Forum in preventing spammers from joining the discussion board, we are taking it offline for the time being.   If we are able to correct these problems with software upgrades, etc. we intend to reactivate it .  At that time we will announce it through the SEATA eBlast News, the SEATA Newsletter and the website.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
